How long does my order take to ship?

Once notice of a purchase is receive, preparation for shipping begins. Orfers will ship within 2 days with no unforeseen problems such as storms etc..

If you have a special order please know that it will take time for me to get items to create your order and time to make it. Please allow 2-4 months for this process.

What is your return policy? 

Every effort will be made to ensure you are totally happy with your purchase. If you have a problem, please contact me within 7 days of receiving so we can resolve the issue. I want you to love your basket as much as I love making them.
